The MultiBase model represents a category of “independent” systems because, thanks to the help of a pit, you do not have to move the lower car to be able to pick up the car of the upper floor. In this way, each user is free and autonomous in the extraction of his car. The MultiBase G63 triples the number of parking spaces by digging a suitable pit. With just one system you can have up to six parking spaces in a very small space. This type of parking is suggested for the rehabilitation projects of disused spaces inside the courtyards of houses and condominiums where the equipment of the parking space improves the total real estate value. It is also suggested in the redevelopment and creation of garages using the space (and the pit already prepared) of old cellars and former swimming pools.
